You will have access to a private exercise room onsite. In addition, the southern border of the property is the Katy Trail. The Katy Trail (also known as MKT Trail) is the longest rail-trail in the country.  It is 240 miles long and has over 26 trail heads. The closest entrance to the trail is about 1/2 mile from the home down a gravel road.
